St. Matthew's does not believe that
our religious experience should begin and end on Sunday morning.
Therefore, we provide a variety of activities that allow members
to express their love of God while providing services to the
parish community.

DAY CARE CENTER 
We believe that
a chuch should provide vital social services as well as spiritual
guidance.
The Day Care Center provides a safe, well-organized
program for children for working parents.
St. Matthew’s Parish sponsors a Day
Care Center that has been in continuous operation for the past
30 years. The Day Care Center resides in Caution Hall and is
governed by the Vestry. Approximately 50 pre-school aged children
are enrolled. The paid staff consists of seven teachers and
assistants, a cook and a Director. The Day Care Center is open
year round.

The primary goal of the Child Care Center
is to provide a wholesome, spiritual daytime experience
for the childen of busy parents.

CHOIR  
The Parish Choir provides
music for Sunday services and special occasions.
They often present concerts on special holidays such as Christmas
and Easter
The church uses a recently installed, state-of-the-art organ.
The Choir rehearses on Tuesday evenings at
7 PM in the Sanctuary.

EPISCOPAL CHURCH MEN'S CLUB 
The Men's Club provides
an outlet for the men of St. Matthew's to provide services to
their parish and their community.
They meet on the 4th Monday of each month
at 7 PM in the church sanctuary.

The Women's Club provides
an outlet for the women of St. Matthew's to provide services
to their parish and their community.
The Women's Club meets on fourth Mondays
at 6 PM at the church sanctuary.

The Daughters of the King
meets September through May.
They meet at various parishes around town on the second Wednesday
of the month.
